Line Sakana

YamaSport staff with Line Sakana rental skis

With a profile just like a fish (150mm-105mm-138mm), hence the name "Sakana", this ski provides excellent float in deep powder. I also found it to be very playful with a surfy feel whilst taking it through the trees. The big sidecut also allows for deep carves on the groomers.

Recommended for Intermediate-Advanced skiers.

Capita Navigator

A great all-mountain board that carves well and holds an edge confidently. It has great pop for side hits and park features, and performs well in powder.

K2 Party Platter

A great powder board with a wider shape that provides excellent float. However, the extra width can make edge-to-edge transitions on piste more challenging.
